The Metropolis™ BBS Network, the largest group of electronic bulletin boards in the
world, features several BBSs suitable for a variety of users. The Network serves
nearly 30 cities nationwide with more than 500 lines of local access at 14.4 Kbps.
The Network is made up of four major components: Club Met, the entertainment BBS; Metropolis™ Big12, connecting the Big 12 Conference cities; Metropolis™ Big10, connecting the Big 10 Conference cities; and Metropolis™ Underground, a no holds barred/anarchy board.
Metropolis™ can be accessed via a local access number or via telnet. If you don't live in or near one of the cities that we have a local access number in, you may use your favorite telnet client to log on. Additionally, members can now reach Metropolis™ via 800 number access as well.
